EPIC International are currently recruiting to support current and future contracts, both in the UK offshore sectors and overseas, and as such have vacancies for the following disciplines, experience of working on NUI or satellite platforms would be an advantage for all positions on offer:- Current Vacancies with Epic International:Offshore Installation Manager - UK Southern North SeaWe have a requirement for OIM's with a January 2009 start working offshore in the Southern North Sea for one of the major oil and gas companies. Work patterns currently anticipated as 2 on 2 off. This is the start of a significant contract that has a 3 year potential. Candidates will be qualified to at least HND level (or be suitably qualified through experience). You must be self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision as well as having good personnel skills to motivate others in the crew. Other requirements are a minimum of 5 years offshore experience, holder of valid offshore survival certificate and current medical certificate. Operations Technicians - UK SNS Currently required for work in UK SNS on main complexes suitably qualified Operations Technicians with 5 years experience. All applicants must be qualified by experience as a minimum and be fully certified to work in the North Sea with current survival certificates etc. Immediate starts available for the right candidates. Maintenance Planners - UK Southern North Sea We have an immediate requirement for experienced Maintenance Planners to work on current and future projects both on and offshore in the Southern North Sea. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas (or related) industry. Good communication skills in both the verbal and written form are essential as is the ability to work well in a team or on your own using your own initiative. Instrument Technicians - Various Must have served an appropriate apprenticeship and be a holder of NVQ, City and Guilds and ONC/HNC in instrumentation engineering. Other requirements are a minimum of 5 years offshore experience, holder of a valid offshore survival certificate and current medical certificate, First aid and HLO certificates would also be an advantage. Electrical Technicians - Various Must have served an appropriate apprenticeship and be a holder of Compex, 16th Edition and have an ONC/HNC in electrical electronic engineering. Other requirements are a minimum of 5 years offshore experience, holder of valid offshore survival certificate and current medical certificate.
